Class & Membership Policy
Class Packs
- Valid for 6 months commencing from sale date. Any classes not used within this time frame will expire.
14 Days Unlimited Classes for $50 - Introductory Offer
- Valid for 14 consecutive days from your first booked class
- 1 Class per day
- Can only be purchased as a new client
- Appointment times are subject to Instructor Availability. Email info@pilatesstudiocomo.com for bookings and information.
- Private appointments have a 24-hour cancellation window. Cancellations less than 24-hours before your appointment will require full payment.
If a class is full (8/8 for Reformer or 6/6 for Barre) then you can place yourself on the waitlist. If another client cancels their booking, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class up to an hour before the class starts. You will receive an email or text notification.
If you are on the waitlist you are committing to attending that class should a spot open up.
If there is a change and you will no longer be able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Managing waitlists can be done from your schedule like a normal booking.
If you are no longer able to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist, if you are added to class and late cancel, you will incur a late cancellation or no-show fee.
Please ensure you have enabled text and email notifications (check your spam).
- All of our membership options can be terminated at any time with 14 days notice; email info@pilatesstudiocomo.com to terminate your membership. Unfortunately we cannot accept text, Instagram or verbal requests and must receive these via email.
- We allow suspensions (freezes) of our Memberships for a minimum of 7 days at a time totalling 60 days per calendar year (beginning at start of membership). Suspensions will only be accepted via email: info@pilatesstudiocomo.com a minimum of 72-hours before the start of the suspension.
- Attendance is limited to one class per day. If you are on an Unlimited Membership and wish to attend more than one class per day, an additional charge of $10 (per class) will apply & be automatically added to your account.
- Bookings can be made 28 days in advance to allow for waitlisted classes and ensure you can access your desired class time. These will show in your account as ‘Unpaid’ until the week where your direct debit will cover those bookings.
- If you attend more than the specified number of classes for your membership option, an additional charge of $25 (per class) will be automatically charged to your account.
- All classes are to be used within the specified time for that payment option (weekly or monthly), any classes not used within this time frame will not roll into the next month/week.
- Memberships commence on the date of purchase or nominated start date at time of purchase. Each week/month you will be charged on the same day however suspensions to your membership may alter this.
- Memberships may be subject to changes, you will be notified in writing at least 28 days prior to any changes.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- If your Auto-pay declines without prior notice at info@pilatesstudiocomo.com , a dishonour fee of $10 from our payment provider will be automatically applied.

We believe Pilates should be accessible to everyone, if financial difficulties require individual consideration, please put your request in writing to info@pilatesstudiocomo.com
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. For your own safety (we highly value our warm-ups) and to ensure minimal disruption to other clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late you may not be permitted entry.
- All attendees must bring socks to class, preferably with grip. If we do not have spare grip socks currently available, you will be required to purchase a pair of socks for health and hygiene.
- Please ensure your phone is off or on aeroplane mode.
- We require clients to disinfect their equipment after class, cloths and spray are provided.
- Clients under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by their guardian prior to attendance.
- If you have any injuries or conditions your Instructor needs to be aware of, we require you to notify them at the start of class.
- Instructors reserve the right to restrict or prohibit clients from particular class types for safety reasons.
- We encourage clients to continue to exercise whilst pregnant (if you were active prior to your pregnancy). You will need clearance from your General Practitioner, Physiotherapist or Obstetrician
- Please notify your instructor of your pregnancy after 12 weeks, once you are 15 weeks pregnant we require an email notification so that we can provide the best possible care and ensure instructors are prepared with props to assist you.
- Our Instructors will adapt your session where appropriate however it remains the individual’s responsibility to work within their limits around positioning and suitability of repertoire.
- We do not recommend starting a new exercise regime if you were not exercising prior to your pregnancy
Our membership packages, class packages, casual classes and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a customer is unsatisfied with the services provided by Pilates Studio Como or believes that they may be entitled to a refund, then Pilates Studio Como requires the customer to contact us directly via info@pilatesstudiocomo.com .com outlining why you believe you are entitled to a refund so we are able to adequately respond to your request. Please note that a refund made under these circumstances will incur a 10% charge on the amount refunded to cover admin and provider fees.
- Due to our small class numbers, please be conscious of other attendees and waitlists by cancelling as soon as possible, allowing other clients to attend. Our cancellation policy exists to provide fair access to all clients.
- Our cancellation period is 4 hours.
- All cancellations must be completed through the Mindbody app or our website.
- Late cancellations (< 4 hours) will use one of your sessions automatically from your membership or packs. If you are on an Unlimited Membership, a late cancellation will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
- Non-attendance (no-shows) refers to a client not attending a class which has been booked. Non-attendance without any cancellation will incur a $15 No-Show fee.
- If there are less than 3 bookings for a class, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. We will refund your class or reschedule you into another time of your selection.
- Your instructor may be changed at any time without notice (though we will always endeavour to notify you).
